I would like to rate Gary 6 stars if I could, because he went above and beyond to take care of us during the stressful seller's market in early 2017. My parents-in-law purchased their first home in Seattle through Gary in 2011, and they felt the same way thus recommended Gary to us. At that time, their family just moved to the US from Vietnam and didn't speak much English. Gary guided them through the entire process with honesty, integrity, and real caring. Even long after they closed, Gary still sincerely helped them out with HOA issues. I moved from San Diego in the end of 2016 and I've been through home buying process before. I was so surprised by Gary's professionalism and quality of service. My previous experience with good agent was that she/he has too many customers and doesn't have time for me. That was entirely not the case with Gary. His availability and accommodation for my demanding work schedule was more than I could ever asked for. I closed my first Seattle-area home in Apr/2017 and got married in June in our backyard. It was a home run!!! Being an engineer, I was inclined to use the new home buying model of not having a dedicated agent. However, Gary convinced me otherwise and I will continue to seek his helps very soon.

Walter and I were very fortunate to have found Gary when we moved to Auburn, WA. Gary found our DREAM home! We met Gary at a home site long past business working hours, yet he still had the time to show us the home we were looking for. The best part about working with Gary was that he was always more focused on listening to us and answering our questions, as well as giving us good advice rather than closing the deal. I loved his attention to detail, he listened to what I wanted in the home and what Walter's desires were, and he searched for a house that we fell in love with and now call it Our Home!
